stopping for birds

i was driving today and i felt sad because a small bird almost got hit by my vehicle the other birds flew away swiftly but this little one was like at the last moment, even though i had slowed down on purpose.

Back at the office today things actually went quite smoothly, it was like I was 'with-it-totally' or something: my lecture was given good reviews by the clients(when they laugh and also when they especially raise their hands and offer insights into their own lifeways, I know I'm 'on it', y'know

Nature? We don't need no stinkin' nature' . Much as i adore the orchid-hikes,the 'nature-red-in-tooth-and-claw' aspect is vile..I know nowadays the 'circle-of-life' thinking is very popularbut to have a world built(since the Burgess Shale era, half a trillion years ago or so, replete, in fact FOUNDED UPON on one critter killing another to 'sing for its supper/earn its daily bread' is such a flawed way to have set up this one world of ours.also the seemijngly natural way us humanfolk dominate those lower animals,(which never 'bandon their brood to go get drunk or do a four day crack run ... most especially in the veal cages and 'cow lots')
plus the circle of life is built upon weaker being victimized by stronger

i am saddened that some of the folowers of CC said he was not always the best of persons
I always admired him and cherished his visions and wish now he had been more
laid back in some ways
